This Privacy Policy explains how Contractor Matrix Pro, its principal owner and operator (the "Principal Owner"), and its parent company Davis Enterprises International (collectively, "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, and protect information in connection with the Contractor Matrix Pro platform and related services (the "Service").
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide directly, including account details (name, email, company name, phone), business data you enter (clients, leads, estimates, invoices, jobs, schedules, files, and photos), and payment-related identifiers processed through our third-party payment providers. We also collect usage and device data (log data, IP address, browser type) to operate and secure the Service.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process payments; to send transactional communications; to provide support; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. AI-assisted features (such as plan takeoffs) process the files you submit solely to generate the requested output.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, messaging via Twilio, email delivery, cloud storage) strictly to perform services on our behalf. Data you send to your own customers (e.g., estimates, invoices, portals) is shared at your direction.

You are responsible for the data you collect from, and communications you send to, your own clients and employees, including obtaining any required consents (including for SMS/email under applicable laws such as the TCPA). You act as the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive payment identifiers at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service integrates with third-party providers whose handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
